This ingenious, patent-pending, automatic switch cansave great headache for customers who have a need to switch a source signal between an external port and an internal port. When the external port is not connected, the source port is connected to the internal port by default. When a male connector engages with the switch at the external port, the Teflon insulator inside the female connector of switch will move along with the male connector to disengage the spring contactbetween the source port and internal port to execute the switching operation automatically.
